Working Principle
Key Advantages
- High-Efficiency MPPT Solar Charging:Built-in 100A MPPT solar charger supports up to 5000W PV array power and 60–500Vdc wide voltage range, maximizing solar energy harvest with up to 96% peak conversion efficiency from PV to AC output.
- Battery-less Operation & Flexible Power Priority:The inverter can run directly from solar PV or utility grid without a battery connected, reducing initial system cost. Three output priority modes — SUB, SBU and SUF — allow users to freely define the energy source sequence.
- LiFePO4 Battery Compatible with Smart Activation:RS485 communication enables seamless integration with LiFePO4 battery packs. The built-in lithium battery activation function automatically wakes up dormant batteries via PV or utility power, ensuring reliable system startup.
- Pure Sine Wave Output with Strong Surge Capacity:Delivers clean 220V/230V pure sine wave power with 22000VA surge capability and 3:1 crest factor, safely handling inductive and capacitive loads such as motors, compressors and refrigerators without waveform distortion.
- Rugged Design for Harsh Environments:Detachable dust cover, -10°C to 55°C wide operating temperature range and efficient heat dissipation ensure stable long-term operation in dusty, high-temperature or humid field conditions; optional WiFi module enables remote monitoring.
Application Scenarios
- Residential Solar Energy Storage Systems:Designed for home rooftop PV installations, this 3.6KW hybrid inverter converts solar power into stable 220V AC electricity for daily household loads, while storing surplus energy in 24V lead-acid or LiFePO4 batteries for nighttime use.
- Off-Grid Cabins & Remote Rural Houses:With support for battery-less operation and a wide PV input range of 60–500Vdc, it delivers reliable standalone power for remote houses, mountain cabins and rural sites where utility grid access is unavailable or unstable.
- Small Commercial Shops & Office Spaces:The 3.6KW continuous output and 22000VA surge capacity comfortably power small retail shops, offices and kiosks, protecting computers, POS systems and lighting from grid outages and voltage fluctuations.
- Backup Power for Small-Scale Industrial Equipment:Featuring pure sine wave output and a 3:1 crest factor, the inverter safely drives inductive loads such as small pumps, motors and refrigeration units, making it suitable for light industrial workshops and agricultural facilities.
Typical Configurations
Step 1 - Size the PV array. Plan up to 5000W of panels within the 60-500Vdc MPPT window, keeping the open-circuit voltage below 500Vdc.
Step 2 - Choose the battery bank. Match a 24V lead-acid or LiFePO4 bank; battery-less operation is possible when only daytime solar or grid supply is required.
Step 3 - Set the priority mode. Select SUB, SBU or SUF according to whether solar, battery or utility should serve the load first.
Step 4 - Plan monitoring and environment. Use RS485 for battery BMS communication, optional WiFi for remote monitoring, and install within -10°C to 55°C at IP21.

FAQ
Can I run a 2000W inverter off a car battery?
Yes for short periods, but it is not recommended for continuous high-power use. Car batteries have limited capacity and can be drained quickly; a deep-cycle battery is better.
How long will a 200Ah battery run a 500W inverter?
Approximately 3.5–4 hours (assuming a 12V system, 80% depth of discharge, and 85% efficiency).
How many batteries do I need for a 500watt inverter?
Typically one 12V 100Ah battery is enough, depending on the desired runtime.
How many batteries do you need to run a 3K inverter?
A 48V system is recommended: 4 × 12V 100Ah batteries connected in series to give 48V 100Ah, or increase capacity for longer runtime.
How long will a 200Ah battery last with a 1000W inverter?
Approximately 1.5–1.9 hours (12V system, accounting for efficiency and depth of discharge).
What priority modes are available?
Three output priority modes are available - SUB, SBU and SUF - letting users define whether solar, battery or utility supplies the load first.
Which battery chemistries are supported?
The inverter works with 24V lead-acid and LiFePO4 battery banks; RS485 communication and automatic lithium activation support LiFePO4 packs with BMS.
What information should I provide for a quotation?
Please provide the required power rating, PV array size and voltage, battery type and voltage, load list, quantity and destination country.
