20KVA-200KVA Modular UPS
ECOplus 20-200kVA three in three out UPS adopts modular design and N+X parallel redundancy technology. The product capacity covers various power ranges between 20kVA and 200kVA, making it convenient for users to flexibly configure and gradually invest. This series of UPS can almost completely solve all power problems, such as power outages, high voltage, low voltage, voltage drops, reduced oscillation, high voltage pulses, voltage fluctuations, surge voltage, harmonic distortion, clutter interference, frequency fluctuations and other power problems.
Working Principle
During normal utility operation, the incoming AC power enters the UPS rectifier and is converted into DC power. The DC bus supplies the inverter, which then produces stable AC output for the connected equipment.
Because the system uses online double conversion, the load is continuously supplied through the inverter rather than directly from the utility input. This helps reduce the effect of voltage fluctuations, electrical noise and other common power-quality disturbances.
The battery is maintained in a charged state while utility power is available. If the utility power fails, the battery takes over the DC supply to the inverter without requiring a manual transfer, allowing the UPS to continue supporting the load.
The 20–200kVA system uses multiple power modules to achieve the required output capacity. Modules can operate together and, depending on the system configuration, additional modules can be used to provide redundancy or support future capacity requirements.
Product Advantages
Optimized for 20–200kVA Applications
With a 20–200kVA capacity range, this UPS provides a practical solution for facilities whose power requirements fall between smaller standalone UPS systems and larger high-capacity installations.
Capacity That Can Grow with the Load
The modular design allows the system to be configured around actual power requirements. When the facility adds servers, equipment or additional electrical loads, the UPS can be expanded accordingly rather than being replaced by an entirely new system.
Improved Power Availability
The system can be configured with redundant modules to provide additional operating capacity. This N+X architecture helps support continuous operation for applications where power availability is an important requirement.
Efficient Operation & Space Planning
A modular UPS allows system capacity to be planned more precisely around the actual load. This can help avoid excessive initial capacity and make better use of available equipment-room space.
Centralized Intelligent Management
DSP-based digital control manages the operation of the UPS system, while communication options such as RS485 and optional SNMP can support remote monitoring and system management.
Application Scenarios
1. Small and Medium-Sized Data Centers
The 20–200kVA modular UPS is well suited to small and medium-sized data centers that require dependable power protection without deploying an unnecessarily large UPS system. Its modular configuration makes capacity planning more flexible as IT loads change.
2. Corporate Server Rooms
For corporate server rooms supporting applications, databases, communications and network infrastructure, the UPS provides stable online power protection. The scalable architecture allows the power system to develop alongside the company's IT requirements.
3. Commercial Buildings
Shopping centers, office buildings and commercial facilities can use the UPS to protect communication systems, IT equipment, security systems and other important loads. Its modular configuration provides a practical approach to managing changing electrical requirements.
4. Healthcare & Service Facilities
Hospitals, clinics and other service-oriented facilities rely on continuous power for electronic equipment and critical information systems. The UPS provides conditioned power and backup capability for loads where unexpected power interruptions can affect operations.
5. Light Industrial Applications
The UPS can support automation equipment, control systems, monitoring devices and other sensitive electrical loads in light industrial environments. Reliable power protection helps reduce interruptions caused by unstable utility conditions.

FAQ
What is a 20–200kVA Modular UPS?
A 20–200kVA Modular UPS is an online uninterruptible power supply system designed for medium-power applications. It uses multiple power modules to provide scalable capacity, flexible redundancy and reliable power protection.
How does a 20–200kVA Modular UPS work?
The UPS uses online double-conversion technology. AC power is converted to DC through the rectifier and then converted back to regulated AC by the inverter, while the battery provides backup power when utility power fails.
What is the difference between a modular UPS and a conventional UPS?
A conventional UPS generally uses a fixed-capacity power unit, while a modular UPS consists of multiple power modules. The modular design makes capacity expansion, redundancy configuration and maintenance more flexible.
What applications are suitable for a 20–200kVA Modular UPS?
It is suitable for server rooms, enterprise IT systems, small and medium-sized data centers, commercial facilities, communication equipment and light industrial applications.
Can the UPS capacity be expanded as the load grows?
Yes. The modular architecture allows additional power modules to be added according to the system design and available capacity. This allows the UPS to adapt to future load growth without replacing the complete system.
Does the 20–200kVA Modular UPS support N+X redundancy?
Yes. The system can be configured with additional power modules for N+X redundancy. The redundant modules provide additional capacity and help maintain power availability if a module becomes unavailable.
How does the modular design simplify UPS maintenance?
